RETURNS

We are thrilled you decided to join us on our HAPPY HEALTHY journey to BEAUTIFUL skin but if you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. While we understand it may take several uses to determine if our products are right for your skin, returns will not be accepted where more than half the product has been used.

All you have to do is follow these simple steps:

1. Email your order number and reason for return to contact@theroutebeauty.com
2. We will respond back with a pre-paid return label and mailing instructions
3. Place the unused product in the original packaging, or something equally protective, label it and drop it in the mail (USPS)

We will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days from receipt of your returned order. Please note that only returns of full-size products will be accepted and are subject to validation and approval at THE ROUTE’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we feel our policies have been abused.
