WHAT IS AUTO-REPLENISH?

Auto-Replenish is a subscription program that enables the automatic re-ordering and shipment of the products you use on a regular basis, at a discounted price. You tell us which products you want replenished and at what frequency and we do the rest for you!

 

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AUTO-REPLENISH?

When purchasing a product, check the box labeled “auto-replenish & save.”   Select the frequency you would like to receive shipments (i.e. every 1-4 months). When complete, add the product to your cart, and your discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

WHY WOULD I WANT TO USE AUTO-REPLENISH?

Cost savings and convenience! When you purchase products using Auto-Replenish, you receive a 15% discount on all full priced items. There is nothing to think about when you start to run out of product - replacement order is automatically placed and shipped BEFORE you run out!

 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLENISH MY PRODUCTS?

When used as recommended, all of our products last about 3-4 months.

 

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AUTO-REPLENISH?

All full-priced products can be included in your subscription. This includes THE EVERYTHING DAY®, THE EVERYTHING NIGHT®, THE GOLDEN RULE®, THE GIRLFRIEND™, THE PARTY PEEL®, THE SUNNY EYES®, THE NIGHT NIGHT EYES®, THE DAY DRINK™, THE TRIPLE CLEANSE™, and THE SHAKE & SHIELD™.

 

WHY CAN'T I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Auto-Replenishment subscriptions may only be cancelled after a minimum of 3 orders (your initial order + 2 replenishments). You will not be able to cancel before this, but may pause your subscription or delay the ship date at any time.

 

HOW DO I MANAGE MY AUTO-REPLENISH SUBSCRIPTION?

Log in to your account at theroutebeauty.com/account/login, visit the “ACCOUNT” page, and click on “VIEW YOUR AUTO REPLENISH ACCOUNT HERE!” You will be directed to a dashboard where you have the option to change, add, or remove subscription items as well as update your payment or shipping information.
