Nurse Nancy™owns and operates one of the top Aesthetic practices in Newport Beach, California.
“Nurse Nancy” may be her playful nickname, but this renowned RN, MN, NP owns and operates one of the top Aesthetic practices in Newport Beach, California. She and her team of nurses perform thousands of procedures (think BOTOX®, fillers, lasers and peels) every year.
Her expertise not only creates long waiting lists, but she has emerged as a leader in the medical aesthetic field by serving on advisory boards, lecturing at top universities and being sought after by colleagues as an expert mentor and trainer.
SHE'S HUMBLE — BUT SERIOUSLY WORTH FAWNING OVER. Her passion for the study of beauty and “The Golden Ratio” led Nancy to attend a premiere Makeup Academy and work part-time as a makeup artist while continuing her aesthetic practice. This evolved into the mastery of contour and highlights, which makes her unique in the field by combining her passions: beauty makeup and beauty injectables.
SHE STUDIES THE "SCIENCE OF HAPPINESS" (this passion started while attending UCLA) and celebrates the beauty of giving back. She is the founder and host of “The Girlfriend Event™,” a charity that benefits children arts programs. It was during this event that the idea for THE PARTY PEEL®was born!
FAMILY FIRST! While Nancy LOVES her career, she truly believes she can have it all with a determined and focused life/work balance. Life with her husband, daughter, family and friends is frenzied, fabulous and fulfilling!
DRINK OF CHOICE? She adores sipping a Spa Girl™ martini while taking in a gorgeous ocean view whenever she can (shared with her bestie Courtney, of course!)

With more than 25 years of experience, she’s built brands for some of the beauty industry’s top heavy hitters like Sephora, Urban Decay, Estée Lauder and more.
Courtney’s passion for skincare, makeup and fragrance has led her around the world to help evolve the face of beauty—literally. She pioneered the path to debut up and coming beauty brands for Sephora internationally and was behind the global roll-out of Urban Decay to 30+ countries.
BEAUTY RUNS IN HER DNA. She is a former Miss Ohio USA, and her mom was also a beauty queen. For Courtney, competing in Miss USA was about so much more than winning a crown, it was a once in a lifetime opportunity that helped instill independence, perseverance and self-confidence. It pushed her outside her comfort zone—she believes if you are uncomfortable, you are growing.
HER BIGGEST PRIORITY? BEING A MOM. In fact, she knows that having her children made her better at EVERYTHING: she is way more focused, balanced, and fulfilled now.
PERSISTENCE LANDED HER FIRST GIG IN BEAUTY. “When I realized I wanted to be in the beauty industry, I was connected to a top executive at Ralph Lauren Fragrances. I hounded her! I delivered muffins, coffee and cupcakes to her house daily. I did everything I could until I got hired!” Note to self: never, ever give up!
